Refund Policy
If you are unhappy with the work supplied and we cannot reach an agreement for moving forward, the deposit will NOT be refunded. We will supply you with the work we have done if you choose to use another agency.
Deposits
A 50% deposit is required to begin working, along with a signed contract. This deposit is non-refundable. In the event of the client cancelling or terminating our agreement, the deposit will be forfeited by the client and will NOT be refunded under any circumstance.
