Our story began with a journey. When our founder, Ria, arrived in Australia, she saw how many small-mid-sized businesses were overwhelmed by the complexities of customer journeys and new technology. She knew there was a better way: a way to make automation and AI not just accessible, but truly approachable. We started PSG to give businesses a clearer path, one that blends the power of technology with the warmth of human guidance.

Our Founder’s Story: The Journey Behind Problem Solved Group

Hey, I'm Ria!

I’d like to welcome you to Problem Solved Group. My journey started when I moved to Australia in 2017 to pursue a Master’s in Finance and Marketing. While I initially thought finance would be my path, I quickly realised that my true calling was helping businesses connect with their customers and leverage technology to grow.

Problem Solved Group was born out of a simple observation: many mid-sized businesses were struggling to see the full picture of their customer journeys and to use AI effectively. Over the past five years, I’ve immersed myself in automation and marketing technology—long before it was the buzzword it is today. I wanted to create a place where businesses could get both the tools and the skills they need to thrive.

That’s why at PSG, we do two things under one roof. With Problem Solved Marketing & Automation, we help businesses map out and automate their customer journeys. And with Learn & Work with AI, we run hands-on workshops to make AI approachable and practical for teams.

In short, I started PSG to combine deep practical experience, a passion for teaching, and a focus on real-world application. I’m excited to help your business navigate the world of automation and AI with confidence and clarity.

Archie Verma

Archie Verma is excited to join Problem Solved as a Software Engineer. Holding a degree in Software Engineering from The University of Adelaide, Archie brings a wealth of experience from roles such as Data Analyst, Web Developer, Software Integration Assistant. Her expertise in handling large datasets, integrating web technologies, and developing software solutions makes her well-equipped to drive innovation at Problem Solved.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Archie enjoys staying active with hobbies such as tennis, badminton, and cricket. She also has a creative side, engaging in sewing, interior designing, cracking new food recipes and reading. Her diverse interests reflect a well-rounded personality and a continuous drive for personal and professional growth.

Christopher John Hogan

Chris is excited to join Problem Solved! with a rich background in handling all sorts of data from his time in the Australian Public Service and academic research. This diverse experience equips him to craft innovative data solutions for your company. With a specialty in demographic analysis, Chris brings a fresh perspective on understanding and interpreting data related to your target audience. He’s got a knack for critical thinking and analytical skills that set him apart. Chris has honed his ability to address clients’ consulting needs, tell compelling stories through data, and manage the entire lifecycle of data assets—from production to safe storage and dissemination. Always eager to learn, Chris embraces a growth mindset and continually seeks opportunities to expand his skills and knowledge. When he’s not diving into data, you can find him playing futsal with his social team, devouring books on topics ranging from sci-fi to international relations, or relaxing with his guitar and some good music.
