MEET THE FOUNDER & MArketing director

Hey, I'm Ria!

The founder of Problem Solved Group, and I’d love to share a bit about why I started Problem Solved Marketing & Automation.

When I first came to Australia in 2017 to pursue a Master’s in Finance and Marketing, I discovered my true passion wasn’t just in numbers it was in helping businesses understand their customers and streamline their marketing. I saw firsthand how much time and money businesses were wasting because they didn’t have a clear view of their customer journeys or the tools to automate their processes.

That’s where Problem Solved Marketing & Automation comes in. I’ve spent the last five years learning the ins and outs of automation, long before it was the trend it is today. My three key strengths are deep practical experience, a knack for simplifying complex systems, and a focus on real-world results. I believe that every business should have the power to understand their own data and automate their marketing & sales in a way that saves time and boosts growth.

In other words, I started PSG to give businesses the tools and confidence to transform their marketing & sales from guesswork into a streamlined and automated process. I’m excited to help you do just that.

Archie Verma is excited to join Problem Solved as a Software Engineer. Holding a degree in Software Engineering from The University of Adelaide, Archie brings a wealth of experience from roles such as Data Analyst, Web Developer, Software Integration Assistant. Her expertise in handling large datasets, integrating web technologies, and developing software solutions makes her well-equipped to drive innovation at Problem Solved.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Archie enjoys staying active with hobbies such as tennis, badminton, and cricket. She also has a creative side, engaging in sewing, interior designing, cracking new food recipes and reading. Her diverse interests reflect a well-rounded personality and a continuous drive for personal and professional growth.

With a specialty in demographic analysis, Chris brings a fresh perspective on understanding and interpreting data related to your target audience. He’s got a knack for critical thinking and analytical skills that set him apart. Chris has honed his ability to address clients’ consulting needs, tell compelling stories through data, and manage the entire lifecycle of data assets—from production to safe storage and dissemination. Always eager to learn, Chris embraces a growth mindset and continually seeks opportunities to expand his skills and knowledge. When he’s not diving into data, you can find him playing futsal with his social team, devouring books on topics ranging from sci-fi to international relations, or relaxing with his guitar and some good music.
